I'm so happy right now. The exchange rate of the yen to dollar is 118.39 AND it's payday. 118 is the best exchange rate I've seen in a loooooooooong time!!

Hi -- I'm about to head back to the U.S. and the exchange rate is finally going my way. Hooray!
BTW, I work at Tenmondai (National Astronomical Observatory of Japan) and live in Mitaka. I searched for Mitaka + gaijin, and your blog popped up. Are you going to the Awa Odori on Saturday? Should be cool.
